Matt Hankes, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT
Physical Therapist
Matt was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he achieved his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training. During school, he held internships with the San Diego Chargers, and following graduation, he was hired by the Green Bay Packers for a Seasonal Position as an Athletic Trainer. After receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, he worked at Mayo Clinic Health Sciences as an outpatient Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer. After marrying Leigh Ann in 2010, they moved West to North Idaho to follow their pursuits of skiing, hunting, and all activities the Northwest has to offer. He has been involved with the medical coverage of the Gretzky Hockey school since its inception in 2014. Matt and Leigh Ann recently welcomed their first child, Hannah, who will share the house with bird dogs Bailey and Haddie.
