Sky is a north Idaho native and graduate of Lakeland High School. Following high school he earned a football scholarship to the University of North Texas where he lettered three years as a defensive lineman for the Mean Green and went to three bowl games. During his senior football season Sky was accepted into the University of Montana Doctor of Physical Therapy program. After graduation he worked in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley in a rural outpatient clinic before joining the NIPT-Post Falls clinic in 2013 while also providing inpatient care at Northwest Specialty Hospital. Donny is from Central Washington, where he spent most of his years before heading to Utah for his graduate studies. It was during his undergraduate years at EWU in Spokane when he fell in love with the mountains, prompting him to return to the region following the successful completion of his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In his free time, Donny enjoys activities such as hiking and mountain biking.

Greg is a North Idaho native who returned home after receiving his doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain’s school of Health Professions in Utah. While in Utah, Greg volunteered his time at community rehab clinics (CRC) working with healthcare professionals from all practices in improving the lives of the under-served. Greg is currently pursuing NAIOMT’s certification in manual therapy. In addition to working as a Physical Therapist at NIPT in Rathdrum, Greg practices in the inpatient rehab setting as a contract therapist. When not working, Greg can be found enjoying the mountains of our area, be it hunting, skiing, or hiking with friends and family.

Luke grew up in Post Falls and graduated from Post Falls High School where he met his future wife Sarah, participated in a variety of traditional sports and started a local rugby team. He attended North Idaho College, the College of Idaho (Bachelors of Science 2019) and George Fox University (Doctorate of Physical Therapy 2024). Luke and Sarah were recently blessed with their first child, Thomas, in January of 2024. In his spare time he enjoys being physically active, golfing, hunting and spending quality time with family and friends (and dog Sadie). We are excited to welcome Luke to the team! Luke is seeing patients at the Rathdrum location.

Sky has been treating me since my first surgery in 2013 for a right shoulder replacement. Since then I have had my right and left knee replaced along with a hip replacement. I just recently had my left shoulder done and am back in physical therapy with Sky. He is a great physical therapist and always helps me do what is the best for the problem at the time. I highly recommend an NIPT because all their therapist, office gals and techs are good at their jobs!

I needed physical therapy to strengthen my knee prior to knee surgery and NIPT came highly recommended by several friends who had great results. My PT Greg Roman has been wonderful! Very knowledgeable, listens to what my issues are, and has developed a plan that has really strengthened my knee. I am also needing surgery on my shoulder and Greg has developed a program for me that has strengthened my shoulder to the point that I can function well and will be able to hold off on that surgery indefinitely. As for the rest of the staff, they are always pleasant, efficient and friendly. They set the tone for a positive experience at every visit. I am very satisfied with NIPT!

I had gone to Sky for physical therapy in the past for my back so when I had my knee replacement I wanted to go back to him. Sky and the staff were very helpful and patient with me. Sky helped me set goals and reach them even though it was painful, I felt confident that Sky knew exactly what I needed to do to get back on track. I’m walking normal and I’m very happy about that. Thank you Sky and staff!

I love coming in for every appointment. Greg is a great physical therapist, he has explained the problems to me better than my own doctors. He’s easy to talk to and all the staff here treat you like family.

After having two hip replacements, I was in need for regaining strength, balance, the use my right foot. The treatment I received from Donny and the home exercises he gave me brought me to reach those goals. Donny was very positive and supportive in my road to recovery at age 75. I have certain limitations and that was always to be with me, but Donny focused on what I could do rather than what I could not do. I would highly recommend Donny. I was more than satisfied with him and my results.

I first came to Sky when I tore 3 muscles off my rotator cuff, and my bicep tendon. Sky was very attentive to what happened and limitations from the injury. He was diligent yet challenged me to do my best. Sky always watched the exercises and showed the best form if done incorrectly and was continually aware of my pain levels. Sky is friendly, caring and professional. I would and have recommended him to anyone who needs help!
