1-on-1 Personal Training

Personal training is a one-on-one coaching experience built around your goals, your schedule, and your current fitness level. Each session is fully personalized, with programming designed to help you build strength, improve movement, lose weight, or whatever you're working toward.

Your coach will guide you through every exercise, provide real-time feedback, and adjust your plan as you progress. Personal training is a great fit for anyone who wants dedicated attention, prefers to train outside of a group setting, or has specific goals that require a more individualized approach.

Group Classes

$160/mo

Every class follows the same structured workout, with modifications tailored to each participant as needed. A coach will be hands-on throughout the entire session, ensuring you move safely and get the most out of every rep.

Before your first class, you will meet with Justin Knight, our Functional Training Director, for a brief consultation to make sure everything is in place for a smooth and successful start.
